Whether you are a new collector or an existing fan, we know a lot of trust is placed in pre-ordering with us. Which is why we included this page for full transperency, ensuring that you're aware of the timeline and have answers to any concerns.
Please note that these estimates are based on our experience and consultations with our manufacturers, logistics and warehouse staff.
This is where the fun begins! Everyone will be able to pre-order to secure stock ahead of time. This is to help us gauge the demand and order the right amount of inventory. We know many collectors cannot pre-order straight away so we have allowed pre-orders to go for 30 days.
Pre-Orders have closed and we have counted the final numbers! We will proceed production with our manufacturers. Usually it would take 45 days, but we have allowed an extra 15 days just in case there are further checks and modifications required during mass production.
We visit our manufacturer directly and make final checks before shipping to our customers. We want to ensure all customers receive the perfect products.
Customers who have chosen this shipping option will have their pre-orders shipped by air directly to them. Depending on the volume, all orders should be shipped within 5 days and the average transit time is 15 days. The rest of the goods will be shipped to our local warehouses in Australia and United States.
We receive the stock and book in the inventory numbers. We will then start fulfilling the remaining pre-orders straight away. Depending on the volume, all orders should ship within 15 days.

Risks and Challenges
As we are heading towards the end of 2026, in our experience, this is a peak production period for manufacturers so it is possible there may be delays due to competitng for time against larger companies.
As everything is custom made including leather materials, zippers and pocket pages, there may be some additional time required to ensure we perfect every single aspect of the zip binder. We're serious about quality and perfecting our first edition series.
We're confident that we will not experience substantial delays and we have considered them as part of the timeline, but we wanted to be transparent of that small risk. Great quality and cute products can never be rushed.
